About Bárbara

Bárbara is a partner in the Corporate M&A practice and has more than 25 years' experience in corporate M&A, corporate law and private equity.

She is known for her involvement in some of the most significant corporate transactions in Portugal in recent years, including major mergers, acquisitions and privatisations.

Bárbara completed postgraduate courses in commercial law at Católica Lisbon School of Law, in media law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon, and in corporate finance law at the same university.

In November 2024, she completed the advanced programme for non-executive directors at the Portuguese Institute of Corporate Governance.
